What to Expect After Migration
Your username will remain your email address – this won't change.
You'll need to reset your password when logging in for the first time after the migration. Simply click the "Reset Password" link on the login page and follow the instructions sent to your email.
What's Changing?
- Job IDs are becoming Ticket Numbers – Your old Job IDs will still be visible and searchable in the portal for any devices migrated from the old system
- All of your existing device history will be migrated to the new system
- Everything in one place – Your tickets and communications will be unified in a single place with upgraded tracking
